Input Schedule

Input Schedule - Create / Change

  1. Login pcFinancials.
  2. Click on Admin Tasks → Open Update WorkFlow Schedules
  3. Click on New Schedule from Template
  4. There are 3 templates


1. Expand

To expand the account.

  • Example: select “Expand” → Open → Click on the Epicor Planner logo. This will open the “Wizard”.
  • Dimension For Row → select Account
  • Select an account → Click on Save.
    In the TabName, you can give a specific name to this tab - example “Input”.
  • Open Workbook window will pop up → Select WorkFlow directory → Tick Save to LibraryOK
  • Give it a new name - create input schedule
  • Overwrite it with old version - change input schedule


2. List

To list accounts.

  • Select “List” → Open
  • Click on User:** → Design menu shows up. → Click on Edit Report
  • In Edit Report window → click on Account → Select List → then click on … button
  • In Member Selector-Account window, select those accounts that you want for your reports → OK
  • Click on Hide Design to save the report into WorkFlow folder
