pcFinancials Installation OverView
The most common and recommended configuration is:
- One server for the ERP system.
- One separate server for reporting purpose where pcFinancials is installed.

Below steps are dependent to each other, please do not ignore any.
- Pre-requisites - very important to meet them all
- (optional) Planner Multi-Server Installation
Basic Configuration
- Set up security & users in modeler (enabled on the installation user by default)
- Configure hierarchies (base hierarchy exists but it’s a single level)
- Account (Mandatory)
- Verify BalanceSheet structure and IncomeStatement structure in the Account dimension
- GL segments
- Deploy (Save & CheckIn before you deploy to make all the changes effective.)
